Sim is a clinical psychologist who is passionate about creating a safe, supportive and non-judgemental space where people can come to learn about themselves, build meaningful skills, and move toward living a life that feels aligned, fulfilling and sustainable.

She has a strong passion for working with people who have experienced trauma, including post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and complex PTSD. She specialises in Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) and integrate a range of evidence-based approaches including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Schema Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Mindfulness integrated CBT (MI-CBT), tailoring therapy to each individual’s needs and goals.

Sim is deeply committed to creating a culturally safe and inclusive space for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, neurodiverse individuals and members of the LGBTQIA+ community and warmly welcomes people of all backgrounds, identities and body sizes, and strive to offer therapy that is affirming, respectful and grounded in compassion.

She treats a range of mental health presentations, including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, PTSD, complex PTSD, addictions, and adjustment difficulties and works in a neuroaffirming way with clients with ADHD and Autism.
