Christina offers a compassionate and collaborative approach, working in partnership with her clients to help them cultivate their own unique sense of health and wellbeing. Christina aims to guide, support and empower her clients to eat well, with a focus on translating credible, evidence-based nutrition science into practical, everyday strategies and uncomplicated, nourishing food goals.
Christina practices within a non-diet, HAES® (Health At Every Size®) framework, with intuitive and mindful eating skills, a cornerstone of her work. Christina’s work is grounded in trauma-informed, neuro-affirming, patient-centred care, where she works alongside her clients to discover the way of eating that best supports them and their health. Christina has more than 14 years’ experience as an Accredited Practising Dietitian, working as a senior clinician across a number of clinical areas.
When not at work, you’ll find Christina in her kitchen preparing nourishing food for her young family, or outdoors in the fresh air walking her Jack Russell pup, swimming in the ocean, or camping in the bush.
